BODYBALANCE™ A Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout
that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you
feeling centred and calm.
BODYSTEP™ An energising step workout that makes you feel
liberated and alive. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high
gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your
body.
CYCLE Indoor cycle class to music utilising various riding positions
and resistance. You will sweat and burn and release endorphins leaving
you on a natural high.
PUMP A strength and conditioning class where you lift weights to music.
A workout that challenges all your muscle groups and will shape and
tone your whole body.
ACTIVE SENIORS This class is designed to increase range of movement and
overall strength to improve quality of life!
